Statement from DAC on May 12th:
" Going forward, we will resume the practice from O3 wherein further changes to any software affecting the low-latency analysis will require approval from the lead Run Coordinator or his/her designate before being deployed in production. This may introduce slight additional delays in approvals, but is a necessary precaution to preserve a stable environment now that we are approaching O4 start. This is also a normal part of the procedure for updating production software, as described on the SCCB software change request page: https://computing.docs.ligo.org/sccb/requests/. As a reminder, requests for approvals of new / updated pipelines will be considered monthly, starting from July 26. Critical bug fixes, etc. will be considered as they are discovered"
