INFN computing hardware in Italy

There is a MC/Analysis farm being developed at the CNAF Centro Regionale, aka Tier1. It is setup so far as a clone of FNAL CAF (named CNAFCAF) and lacks the icaf tools and local disks for general usage.
Instructions for use and monitor

Hardware list:

as of April 30, 6 dual P4 2.2GHz SuperMicro configured with Hyperthread as 4cpu nodes, 2GB RAM. Provided by Tier1 funds.
as of April 1, 916GB on NAS, NFS mounted on all nodes.
10 duals financed by CSN1 in sep 2002 for MC (28KEu), to be purchased following next Tier1 bid, and installed after new computing room is ready (June 2003).
as of January 2004
- 10 duals added in. IBM 2x2.6GHz with Hyperthread, 2GB RAM (one dual still not working)
- 2 of the old P4 2.2GHz removed to be used as web monitor and dcache admin
- 36 more IBM duals financed by CSN1 in 2003, delivered on Jan 21 ?
