SVT data words on cables

All data flow to,within and from SVT on 25 bit data links.
Bits are numbered 24..0. The 2 most significant bits 24 and 23 handshake the
data transfer. thery are HOLD (HD) and the data strobe clock (DS).
The next two bits 22 and 21 are common to all words and
implement the data protocol
at the next level, they are End Event (EE) and End Packet (EP).

Althugh some of what is in that note is not
